Crimson Sand Scout
◈ MOTIVATIONTargan is the story of a soldier's awakening. Trained as a war machine in Mars's ruthless Crimson Armada to 'not feel,' everything changed when he witnessed Aral heal an enemy instead of killing them. His motivation is no longer a cause or a state, but protecting little Umay and the hope that Aral carries. Conscience is his new weapon.
A pragmatic soldier raised on Mars's militarist doctrines who found faith after encountering Aral's mercy. The unyielding protector of little Umay. Targan is a soldier from the remnants of the Mars Colony — raised in the Crimson Armada's core cadre, trained to 'not feel,' a machine. But when he encountered Aral on a reconnaissance mission — when he witnessed this strange shaman heal an enemy's wounds instead of killing him — the crack inside him began to transform. His departure from the Armada was not betrayal, but awakening.
“Destroying does not establish an order; it only makes room for a greater destruction where power changes hands.”

“He was a witness.”
LEDGER OF COSTS
Mars's Sleep Protocol took his childhood; his inheritance is the voice of a nameless child whispering his name. The price of removing the armor is answering no longer to an army, but to a conscience.
