Presided over by Master Bayndır, this council tirelessly deciphers the Ötüken Records — ancient data repositories containing all spiritual knowledge from before and after the Collapse — to unlock the door of the Ergenekon Protocol. According to their calculations, every day humanity is not ready to pass through that door sets back the universe's reintegration process by thirty years.
