Cyber-Khanate

Rising from the corrosive waters of the Dead Bosphorus, the Cyber-Khanate is built upon the charred remains of the city once known as Istanbul. Cyber-Khan İlteriş — a warlord whose burned skin is half-covered by endoskeletal implants and who replaced one eye with a crimson military neural interface — proclaims himself the spiritual heir of the Tatars and Ottomans. Yet this legacy has been grotesquely distorted, forged in the iron of the Collapse.

The Rusted Palace — a structure welded from the skeletons of ancient bridges, collapsed funiculars, piled-up ships, and iron pier fragments — serves as both the Khan's fortress and temple. Its walls are covered with ancient Root-Script tablets painted over pre-Collapse icons and military insignia; whispers of regimes layered one upon another.

The Khan's domain extends across the western coastline, the ruins of Thrace, and the ever-crumbling plains of the irradiated peninsula once known as Greece. His subjects — the Forward-Bound: warriors whose voluntary flesh blurs into compulsory machinery — patrol at night. They swim through irradiated waters, hunting for Crimson Armada agents or anyone encroaching on Syndicate territory.

The Khanate's technology is brutal yet internally coherent: brute cyborg mass, conditioned reflexes, and a pervasive ideology of 'Humanity Must Earn Its Rights.' In the Khan's worldview, it is not weakness but powerlessness — not will but helplessness — that constitutes enmity. He scorns the Ak Kamlar for squandering unconscious power: for them, it is a matter of war, not care.
