Cyber-Khanate

Rising from the corrosive waters of the Dead Bosphorus, the Cyber-Khanate is built upon the charred ruins of old Istanbul. Cyber-Khan İlteriş — a warlord whose right cheek is sealed beneath a silver cybernetic plate, his eye replaced by a crimson optical sensor — is the last scion of the Yavuztürk lineage. Yet behind this mask of power lies a heavy secret: İlteriş is the elder brother of the Seeker Aral, bearer of the Ergenekon Protocol. He holds the world in an iron-fisted dungeon of ignorance to shield his brother from the Root-Language's lethal energy — appearing as a tyrant while living the endless sacrifice of an elder sibling.

The Rusted Palace — a structure welded from the skeletons of ancient bridges, collapsed funiculars, piled-up ships, and iron pier fragments — serves as both the Khan's fortress and temple. Its walls are covered with ancient Root-Script tablets painted over pre-Collapse icons and military insignia; whispers of regimes layered one upon another.

The Khan's domain extends across the western coastline, the ruins of Thrace, and the ever-crumbling plains of the irradiated peninsula once known as Greece. His Cyber-Çeris and Cyber-Sipahis patrol at night. They swim through irradiated waters, hunting for Crimson Fleet agents or anyone encroaching on Silver Syndicate territory.

The Khanate's technology is brutal yet internally coherent: cyber-mechanical mass, conditioned reflexes, and a pervasive ideology of 'Humanity Must Earn Its Rights.' In the Khan's worldview, it is not weakness but powerlessness — not will but helplessness — that constitutes enmity. His deepest fury at the Ak Kamlar stems from a single calculation: if humanity achieves Vahdet, the Root-Language will consume and destroy Aral. So he prevents humanity's enlightenment. To him, the world is not a dungeon — it is a blood-soaked shield erected to keep his brother alive.
